END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licensor: Blues Prince Media

1. Grant of License

Blues Prince Media ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the THIRI software ("Software") on any number of computers that you personally own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

• You may install and use the Software on multiple personal computers.
• You may use the Software for commercial and non-commercial music production, live performance, education, and content creation.
• You may distribute music created using the Software without restriction or royalty.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share the Software or license file with any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the compiled plugin binaries.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the Software in any product or service that competes with the Software.
• Share your license file (license.key) with anyone.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all algorithms, harmony engines, voicing systems, and associated code, is the proprietary intellectual property of Blues Prince Media.

The purchase of a license grants you the right to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. License Activation

The Software requires a license file for full functionality. The license file is generated through the activation process at demo.thiri.ai/activate. Demo mode provides limited functionality without activation.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Licensor. Upon refund, your license will be revoked and you must delete the Software and license file from all computers.

7. Updates

Your license entitles you to free updates within the same major version (e.g., all v0.x updates). Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.0) may require a separate purchase or paid upgrade.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUES PRINCE MEDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and the license file.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
